A striking coral and diamond dress ring by Cartier Paris c.1950s, of bombe design and vertically set with four tapering bands of carved coral with twist pattern, interspersed with rows of round brilliant cut diamonds in platinum all to an 18ct yellow gold band with matching twist pattern.
