A delightful platinum and diamond dog brooch c.1960, realistically modelled as a standing Dachshund pavé set throughout with single-cut, rose-cut and round brilliant-cut diamonds, with ruby cabochon eye, the metal carefully engraved to resemble fur, with single pin fitting to the reverse.
