Beautiful Yellow and Red Enamel and Diamond Butterfly Brooch

A beautiful vintage enamel and diamond butterfly brooch by Boucheron c.1960s, of three dimensional form in 18ct yellow gold, the wings decorated with yellow and red basse-taille enamel and the body set with seven round brilliant cut diamonds, to a single pin brooch fitting on the reverse. This lovely colourful brooch is such a vibrant sunny yellow enhanced by the symmetrical splashes of red and enlivened by the sparkling diamonds. The perfect, easy to wear size to sit easily on your shoulder or lapel and add a joyful touch to any outfit.
