Van Cleef & Arpels

A Vintage Gold and Diamond Foliate Motif Bracelet

A beautiful vintage French gold and diamond bracelet by Van Cleef & Arpels c.1976, designed as a continuous row of seventeen uniform foliate motifs each with three points similar to an ivy leaf and each set with four round brilliant cut diamonds within a background of textured gold, all interspersed by a single bezel set round brilliant cut diamond, with a concealed tongue and box clasp and safety catch. This very pretty bracelet is well articulated and finished making it smooth and comfortable to wear. The diamonds are of high quality, well matched and are bright and lively creating a lot of sparkle for their size. It is an easy to wear bracelet that looks great worn alone but would also work well alongside other bracelets.
