A vintage gold, ruby and sapphire ring by Van Cleef & Arpels c.1960s, designed as a deeply ribbed 18ct yellow gold ring with flat head set with a ruby and a sapphire next to each other both oval in shape with one end cut flat so they sit snugly together forming a horizontal figure of eight shape, in rubover setting. This is a stylish dress ring with vibrant coloured gems set into the warmth of yellow gold, it has a lovely weight to it and the straight edges allow it to be worn alone or to sit comfortably next to other rings.
