An 18ct Gold, Diamond and Colourful Enamel Butterfly Brooch/Pendant

A charming gold and enamel ‘Papillion’ brooch/pendant by Van Cleef & Arpels c.1960s, designed as a colourful butterfly with wings outspread and decorated with yellow and blue enamel and edged with round diamonds, the body set throughout with diamonds and the antennae in yellow gold, the reverse with single pin brooch fitting and each wing tip with a small hook for attaching to a chain, a very pretty and wearable vintage brooch.
