Striking Coral, Diamond and Gold Vintage Dress Ring

A striking diamond and coral vintage dress ring by Van Cleef & Arpels c.1970s, made in 18ct yellow gold, the centre set horizontally with two tapered rectangular pieces of coral framed by a channel set row of round brilliant cut diamonds and bisected vertically with a barrel shaped panel of diamonds, the band tapering smoothly from front to back. This stylish ring is typical of the period with its use of coral and gold highlighted with a scattering of sparkling diamonds.
