A Stylish French Vintage Gold Bracelet by Georges Lenfant c.1970s, designed as a wide strap bracelet in 18ct yellow gold and formed of two domed barley twist rows over an articulated panel of rectangular gold links, to a concealed tongue and box clasp. The beautiful gold work in this bracelet is quintessentially Lenfant and the curvy twists create a striking contrast with straight edged blocky links beneath. The bracelet is flexible and beautifully smooth on the inside making it comfortable to wear and the polished finish catches the light, a highly wearable bracelet for daytime or evening.

Georges Lenfant could be described as one of the unsung heroes of 20th Century French jewellery.  A hugely skilled designer and manufacturer, he was a Cartier workmaster and made jewellery for many of the top Parisian houses of the Place Vendome and rue de la Paix.
