A delightful 18ct gold charm bracelet by Cartier c.1994, the bracelet formed of uniform oval polished gold links with a lobster clasp and suspended with seven gold charms each featuring an item associated with childhood, a teddy bear, a pram, a tricycle, a drum, an origami bird, a toy soldier and a rocking horse. Each is beautifully made and as a collection they are both evocative and sentimental. This would make a wonderful christening gift representing everything a baby has to look forward to, or equally an 18th birthday present for a young adult saying goodbye to childhood and all it entailed.
