A vintage multi gem and black lacquer ring by Cartier, 1991. The ring is designed in a bombe shape set with carved chrysoprase leaves & round cabochon rubies all set in 18ct yellow gold with a black lacquer finish to the top, the gold band tapers to the back with a D shape profile.
