A wonderfully stylish pair of vintage Van Cleef & Arpels gold ear clips c.1993, designed as a tapering stylised spiral shell in deeply ridged, highly polished 18ct yellow gold with three-dimensional domed profile, to clip fittings. The earrings climb elegantly up the outer ear, they are relatively large creating a bold look but without the addition of gemstones they remain highly wearable for daytime as well as evening.
