A Statement Pair of Flower Ear Clips Set with Amethysts and Fancy Sapphires

A wonderful pair of amethyst and fancy colour sapphire floral ear clips by Tiffany & Co. c.1993, each earring designed as an echinacea flower with a high domed centre formed of a cabochon amethyst, set around the base with two rows of round purplish-pink sapphires beneath which long thin petals flow down, these are set throughout with round faceted yellow sapphires, all in 18ct yellow gold, the flower stalk in gold with a highly polished finish and a single round brilliant diamond in the end, all to clip fittings. These striking earrings are naturalistic in design and set with bright and colourful gems in both smoothly polished and faceted styles.
