A Pair of Vintage Gold, Onyx and Marquise Diamond Earrings

A pair of vintage gold, onyx and diamond earrings by Cartier c.1970s, of three dimensional oval form, each composed of an oval cabochon of polished black onyx inlaid with two marquise cut diamonds set vertically, each in a yellow gold rub over setting with elongated curved tail to one end, all backed in 18ct yellow gold with a post and clip fitting. These stylish vintage earrings are a neat and wearable size for ever day wear. The black, white and gold colours are a classic combination and will work with many different outfits both casual and formal.
