A stunning diamond ring by Cartier c.1980s, set to the centre with a beautiful vinatage emerald-cut diamond with deeply angled corners in a platinum claw setting, the simple open gallery set to the base each side with a single baguette diamond, the shoulders tapering gently and smoothly into the band and channel set with seven baguette diamonds to each side. This is a wonderfully elegant ring, the emerald-cut diamond is mounted with minimum setting to allow maximum light into the stone, it is perfectly complimented by the rows of tapering baguette diamonds each side and the channel setting enhances the clean and refined appearance of the ring.
