A beautiful Burmese sapphire and gold ring by Hancocks, set with a cushion shaped sugar loaf unheated Burma sapphire of rich blue colour weighing 2.10ct, rubover set in a finely crafted handmade 18ct yellow gold mount with gently tapered shoulders channel set with calibre cut sapphires, to a D-shape band.
