In the centre is an octagonal step cut unheated sapphire weighing 1.59ct in a platinum rubover setting surrounded by a detached geometric halo of round brilliant cut diamonds all in a hand crafted platinum gallery with diamond-set shoulders and a D-shape 18ct yellow gold band.
