A stylish pair of yellow gold disc earrings by Ilias Lalaounis c.1970s from the collection 'Between Luristan and Persepolis', designed as a circular disc with spiralled detail to the front, with clip fittings.

Directors notes
The spiral motif in these earrings was inspired by a detail from a bas-relief found in the Treasury of Persepolis, representing the head of King Darius I.
