A magnificent pair of Georgian gold and citrine cannetille earrings c.1825, the earrings designed as an oval citrine set within a highly ornate gold cannetille surround suspending a detachable drop formed of a large pear-shaped citrine and three articulated oval drops all within finely worked scroll and beaded cannetille open work frames, to original reverse hook fittings.
