A beautiful and elegant Edwardian diamond lavallière necklace c.1910, designed as an asymmetric double drop each centred with a pear-shaped diamond weighing 2.38ct and 1.43ct both E colour respectively in rubover settings within an openwork frame of decorative knife-edge scroll work sprinkled with old-cut diamonds surrounded by a fine frame of diamonds, each suspended at the end of a highly articulated diamond-set ribbon loosely tied in the centre end terminated with bows, all to a fine platinum trace chain.
