A whimsical 'Patch' the dog brooch in gold, diamond, ruby and black enamel by Cartier c.1965, designed as a Terrier with a stick held in his mouth, one eye a circular-cut ruby, the other with a monocle in onyx and diamond, modelled in textured 18ct yellow gold and with a collar and tag around his neck, with double pin brooch fitting.
