A stunning gold and diamond collar necklace by Buccellati c.1980, designed as a continuous row of twenty eight irregular triangular flat panel links alternately pointing towards and away from the neck, all finely crafted in 18ct yellow gold and expertly engraved in Buccellati’s famous ‘Rigato’ pattern, each centred on a shaped cluster of round brilliant cut diamonds surrounded by an irregular row of brilliant and single cut diamonds and edged with a further row all set in 18ct white gold, to a perfectly concealed tongue and box clasp, in original fitted double door case.
